SHIPPING
- Shipping is FREE on all continental U.S. orders $75 and over! Shipping for orders under $75 will be calculated upon checkout in USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
- Standard North America shipping rates for Canada and Mexico start at $23 USD or FREE on orders over $250 USD. Free shipping does not apply to other International Regions.
- Shipping Internationally is limited to certain countries and will be calculated upon checkout. The "customs declaration forms" will be handled directly with courier services. The "import duty, taxes" is the customer's responsibility and will be charged upon delivery of the item.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.
**Due to COVID-19 some couriers may experience delays and have temporarily suspended their service guarantees even though they continue to operate globally except when constrained by government restrictions.
RETURNS

Mix Motifs DOES NOT currently offer REFUNDS. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is in-stock.

You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit.

Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.

All Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie, and Sale items are FINAL SALE. They are are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.
- Orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once processed, but you can request for a store credit.
Instructions for Return:

You can start the return/exchange process by submitting a request using the Contact-Us form. Alternatively you could also send us an email on "support@mixmotifs.com" and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

After your return has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return we will send you an email confirmation with your store credit code within 3-5 business days.

Please note that Mix Motifs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will make every effort to help you locate the package. There's a limited insurance option through the courier services, but it's the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order once you receive them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure that you get the item that you want is to initiate a return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit code that will be provided.
