You can track your order from the link provided on the order confirmation email sent upon checkout. Alternatively, if you have created an account with us, all the order history and tracking details can be viewed from your profile. Please allow 3-5 business days to fulfill the order and provide you with a tracking number.
For any new orders that has not been shipped yet, we'll try our best to accommodate your request. If an order has been fulfilled and the tracking info has been provided, that means the package is already in transit with our shipping courier and the order can no longer be modified. For any other inquiries about your order, please email us at mixmotifs@gmail.com with your detailed inquiry along with the order number for reference and we'll get back to you the next business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once processed, but can provide store credit towards your future purchase.
All Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Sale items, and items brought with a promo code are FINAL SALE. They are are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.

MixMotifs gives you the option to checkout as a guest or if you prefer to save a shopping profile that you could re-use later. Creating an account would also allow us to keep you in the know of our new products and gives you the ability to check your order history. We highly suggest to create an account with us and let's be fashion BFFs, so we could keep you updated on our latest sales/promotions.
Our website would only accept one code at a time whether it be a discount code or store credit code. Although some promotions would not even require a discount code and savings will automatically be applied upon checkout.

Shipping will automatically be calculated upon checkout in US Dollars. Please view our shipping + returns page for more details on FREE shipping with certain orders.
MixMotifs is offering International Delivery to a limited number of countries and will continue to grow the list so please check the shop regularly. International shipments will be processed thru DHL. Then for North America Region (Canada & Mexico) it will be thru UPS/USPS. You can refer to our Shipping + Return page for all additional shipping details.

We accept major debit and credit cards we'll continue to grow the list overtime. Currently accepted is Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed in US Dollars since MixMotifs is based in the U.S.
Sales Taxes will only be charged on orders shipping to the state of Illinois, but all other states will be tax-free.
